Parsley has a savoury, mild flavour though it can sometimes taste peppery.
Flat leafed or Italian parsley has a better flavour and is easier to work with than the curly parsley, which is typically used as a garnish. It adds a zip of colour when sprinkled on dishes like pasta, stews, and casseroles.
Parsley is often used in pasta dishes, sauces, scrambled eggs, boiled or mashed potatoes, soups, and salads.

The dried parsley is so flavourful! I put it on or in everything from salads to soups and sauces, to fish & chicken. I even mix it in with my rice or sprinkle it on a fried egg. Highly recommend!
