
While often associated with stuffing, sage can be used in a variety of dishes. Fats and starches easily absorb its flavour. As such, it goes well with pork, ground beef, duck, rabbit and all poultry. Use it sparingly with egg and seafood dishes. It also pairs well with mushrooms and fall vegetables like pumpkin, brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes and corn.
Our Sage is grown, hand-harvested and dehydrated in small batches, then stripped and packaged with care.
